I look forward to providing in-person daytime support to you and your family.

I am unable to work in homes with cats due to allergies but would be happy to provide alternative virtual support options if this is the case for you.

 

What I Can Do for You

  • Postpartum Planning (before the baby arrives)

  • Help you organize while you are nesting so you can have company or just get off your feet

  • I’ll be by your side as you adjust to life with a newborn

  • Enable you to take time for your own self-care (shower, nap, eat, phone call with a friend)

  • Provide newborn care tips and guidance that will help you feel confident

  • Infant feeding; lactation education, breastfeeding, chest feeding, pumping, bottle feeding guidance

  • Demonstrate infant soothing techniques

  • Provide education on family sleep strategies

  • Support and guide you through the plan of postpartum recovery you have with your medical providers

  • Provide resources, information and screening tools for Postpartum Mood Disorders

  • Support birth partners as they are an integral part of your family’s postpartum journey

  • Practical household assistance; light dishes, laundry and organization so that you can spend more time bonding with your baby

  • Offer non-judgmental support for your choice of parenting and feeding methods

  • Meal planning to ensure healing and nourishment for the family

  • Support integrating siblings and their adjustment

  • Present you with provider and community referrals upon request

  • Listen to your birth story when you are ready

$120 Postpartum Planning (includes planning guide and 1 hour consultation)

$45/hour prenatal visits

$45/hour postpartum support, 4 hour minimum per visit
