"You'll never sleep again" and "Don't worry, you will figure it out" are often the insights we receive from well meaning friends and relatives but you deserve better than just surviving the first few weeks. I offer the holistic approach of postpartum planning and consultation in addition to perinatal visits to make sure you and your family are fully supported during your special time.
